  • During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your location.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States (US only).
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Order Accuracy and Address Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, HM Goods LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
  • If tracking shows your package as lost or not delivered, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, but we will assist whenever possible.
